About Stamina Grid
We opened Stamina Grid for people who want to train seriously without being intimidated — a gym where the coaching is real, the equipment is maintained and everyone on the floor knows why they are there.
Stamina Grid started with a simple frustration. Too many gyms sell access to machines and stop there. Members sign up full of good intentions, wander between stations without a plan, and quietly stop coming within a couple of months. Nobody notices, because nobody was really watching in the first place.
We built the opposite. Every member starts with a coach-led induction and a written plan. Classes are capped so coaches can actually correct technique. The training floor is laid out in clear zones, so you always know where to warm up, where to lift heavy and where to finish with conditioning. And our coaches keep notes — what you lifted last week, what felt uncomfortable, what you are aiming for next.
The result is a gym that feels more like a training team than a membership card. Beginners get patience and structure. Experienced lifters get programming and honest feedback. Everyone gets a place that takes their goals as seriously as they do.

Four promises shape every decision we make — from the equipment we buy to the way a coach greets you at the door.
Every programme is written by a coach who has watched you move. You never have to wonder whether you are doing the right thing.
Strength numbers, body measurements and session logs are reviewed regularly, so improvement is something you can see.
Equipment is inspected, cleaned throughout the day and replaced when worn. Safety is part of the coaching, not an afterthought.
First-timers, returning athletes and competitive lifters share the same floor — with the same respect and attention.
Six training zones, each with a clear purpose. You will never queue behind someone using a squat rack for curls — because there is a better place for those, and a coach to point it out.
Squat racks, competition benches, calibrated plates and deadlift platforms built for heavy, controlled lifting with room to move safely around every bar.
Treadmills, air bikes, rowers and stair climbers arranged for interval work, steady-state sessions and heart-rate coaching in Cardio Burn classes.
Heavy bags, pads and gloves for Box Fit — a conditioning format that builds coordination, power and serious endurance without sparring.
Our coaching method is the same whether you join a class or book personal training. Four stages, repeated every few weeks, keep you moving forward without burning out.
We start with conversation and observation: training history, injuries, schedule, goals. Then a movement screen and simple strength baselines so we know exactly where you are starting from.
Your coach writes a block of training — usually four to six weeks — that balances strength, conditioning and recovery. You will know what each session is for and how it fits the bigger picture.
Sessions are coached for technique first and intensity second. As your form becomes consistent, load and volume increase gradually so your body adapts instead of breaking down.
At the end of each block we compare results with your baselines, talk through what worked and adjust the next plan. Progress is planned, not hoped for.
The best way to understand Stamina Grid is to train here once. Book a free trial session and a coach will show you around, take you through a workout and answer every question.
